How do you pack your vinyl records for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is packed with bubble wrap or cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is the return policy for opened media?

Due to the nature of the product, we only accept returns on opened records if they are found to be defective or damaged. Sealed items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our records worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

How are the conditions of your used records graded?

We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading. Each used record is visually inspected and play-tested to ensure accurate descriptions of both the media and the sleeve condition.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, standard return policies apply.
